Care for use:
Before first use, wash and dry your pieces thoroughly;
If you use the dishwasher, always let the wash cycle finish;
Avoid placing your hot items on a cold or wet surface. Use a base suitable for hot items, such as cork bases;
Avoid taking items from the freezer directly to a preheated oven. The defrosting and heating processes should be done gradually;
When using your items in the oven, place them in the center of the oven on a rack;
Avoid placing your garments directly over a heat source such as a flame or electric hob;
When placing your items in the dishwasher, we advise that no item comes into direct contact with another during the wash cycle to avoid damage;
We recommend hand-washing larger and/or more delicate items;
Avoid dragging and sliding the pieces over each other to avoid scratching the surface.
In the case of pieces with gold:
Avoid storing your pieces inside their packaging to prevent oxidation of the gold;
In the event of oxidation, you can clean with a soft, dry flannel or a product suitable for cleaning metals that is not too aggressive (initially test on a small area). Wash and dry thoroughly to remove traces of any cleaning product;
Avoid using your gold pieces in the microwave. Gold is a metal that, when in contact with microwave electromagnetic waves, generates sparks, which can break your equipment and cause major damage; We recommend hand-washing the pieces with soft scouring pads and mild detergents;
If you choose to wash in the dishwasher, we recommend using short cycles and low temperatures.
